The walls, existing ceiling/floor and existing raked roof ceiling are insulated to government standards. This level of insulation helps keep your house warm in winter and cool in summer whilst reducing your energy bills by up to 40%. It also condensation on walls and ceilings and helps reduce noise transfer.
The walls are constructed with plasterboard for a premium finish.
Roof support struts are removed in accordance to engineers specifications thereby creating an open-plan usable space.
Ventilation and attic windows are included to ensure natural light and good airflow.
