The Columbus and Alumin ranges of concertina ladders offer access solutions for both commercial and domestic applications. Ideal for accessing air conditioning equipment, telecommunications, antennas, electrical and switching plant or for any other access requirement. Available with manual or automatic operation preferences, these ranges can also be installed with optional lock for maximum security purposes.

A fixed or external ladder may not be suitable for numerous reasons including safety, space, security or unauthorized admission. Access may also be needed up to and through suspended ceilings, external roofs or through vertical walls. The ladders are available in a range of height options to suit applications from around 2 metres through to over 4 metres. Constructed in a light structural grade aluminum alloy, featuring wide deep non-skid treads and a convenient handrail.
Tried and tested.
Alumin ladders are tested to support 450kg point load and 710kg spread load. Columbus ladders are load tested to 200kg per step and are able to support 500kg per metre squared. This tremendous strength allows safe easy use by the largest of technicians and accommodates tools or other equipment needed to be transported up and down the ladder.
