Planning and ideas
As great design starts with great ideas, our consultants will work with you to combine your great ideas, our knowledge, skill and 15 years experience to develop a concept that reflects your particular needs and gets the absolute most from your home and the space available.
Architectural and engineering design
From those initial conversations and notes, our award-winning specialist architects will initially design and draw a concept plan to meet your needs and to give you a feeling for the size, space and shape of your conversion.
Once those concepts are agreed we can proceed to engineering and full plans in preparation for the council planning and approval process and, of course, construction.
